All lots are air dried for several years before Kiln drying and have since been air drying for 7-10 years minimum.

All items are sold on an ” As is “ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding.

It is recommended that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.

NOTE: Successful bidders are requested to remove their lots as soon as possible. No responsibility is taken for sold lots after 7 days after the closing date of the auction. Please make arrangements with James if you can’t collect lots within the month. Freight can be arranged to certain destinations if a quote is required. If no forklift machinery is available then specify so the carrier can budget time on you hand unloading.
